Simon Richards, MA, MSc, FCA – Chairman (Executive)
Simon is a chartered accountant with more than twenty years of experience in corporate management. He is the chairman of Financial & General Limited, Financial & General Securities Limited and Sidebell Limited. He also acts as finance adviser of the Company.
John Mocatta, MA, FCA – Director (Non-executive)
John is a chartered accountant with more than forty years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He is also a non-executive director of Nordic Panorama plc, which is traded on OFEX. He acts as Company Secretary.
Maldwyn Worsley-Tonks, MBE – CEO (Executive)
Maldwyn is a former Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army, having commanded a regular Parachute Battalion. He has over ten years of experience in the security industry and is a specialist in corporate contingency planning and disaster recovery. Neil Thompson – Operations Director, red24
Neil is red24's Operations Director, responsible for delivering the day-to-day service to members.
Neil has thirty years of UK police experience as well as extensive experience overseas and working with foreign governments and law enforcement agencies. Jonathan Simpson Tarling – Commercial Director, red24
One of the founding members of the red24 team, Jonathan is the company's Commercial Director, responsible for red24's sales, marketing and PR.
He heads the business development and account management teams across the red24 companies. Initially joining as the company’s first security analyst, he was one of the team responsible for the creation of the Crisis Response Management (CRM) Centre in Cape Town, South Africa. Gavin Potter – Financial Controller, red24
Gavin is red24's Financial Controller, responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s finances.
Prior to joining red24 in October 2007, Gavin ran his own accounting and business consulting company for six years, providing a broad range of financial services to companies in industries such as construction, film, music, manufacture and other business services.
Sarah Spolander – CRM Director, red24
As the company's CRM Director, Sarah is responsible for running red24’s 24/7 Crisis Response Management (CRM) Centre in Cape Town, South Africa.
She joined red24 in 2002 and has worked in both the London and Cape Town offices. Since 2006, Sarah has been managing the CRM Centre, ensuring quality and efficient delivery of content and advice, and coordinating efforts between the analyst, customer services and security departments.
